Resources
We believe that it is important to make links with the world outside of the university and realise that some cases need more specalised help than we can give and so have created the resources page.
There are two main pages: The Online Library and the Useful Links page.
The Online Library is for students with disabilities that make reading from books in the library difficult, and for those of you who prefer Kindles. The books available on the Online Library and the books availble at the Library on Park Campus will differ, more so with the fictional section. One is not less than the other, they are just different due to copyright and financial reasons. We strongly believe that it is important to see a reflection of yourself, your experiences and your identity in the media, as without that reflection it is easy to feel like the monsters in fiction who have no reflection when they look in the mirror. Because of this we aim to make our online library as diverse as possible.

The 'Useful Links' page is there to direct you to specalist societys, organisations and charities that focus on specific issues that affect the LGBT community. As much as we would like to be experts on everything we realise that this is not possible, if you can not find a link that deals with a specific issue you have that you feel we should be addressing please contact us and we will do our best to find someone who specialises in the issue effecting you and will update the links page for future reference.
